Content Folders
Browse your Google Drive folder tree, tick the category folders you want to post from (e.g. "Men Teeth Cleaning", "Child Teeth Cleaning"), and decide how many of today's posts come from each one.
This is the top-level folder that contains all your category sub-folders (Men Teeth Cleaning, Child Teeth Cleaning, Whitening, Before & After, etc). Everything inside it — sub-folders and their sub-folders — will be browsable below.
Settings
Configure Smile N Shine Dental Care's API credentials for each platform.
The same token works for Instagram and Facebook if it has both permissions.
Server URL
Required for Instagram & Facebook — the APIs need a public URL to fetch your media files. Must be HTTPS.
Drive Credentials
Recommended: Service Account JSON. Create here → Enable Drive API → Download JSON key.
Fallback Folder (optional)
Used only for scheduled slots that aren't assigned to one of your Content Folders (Men Teeth Cleaning, Child Teeth Cleaning, etc — set those up on the Content Folders page instead, that's the recommended setup). Media is read directly from this folder — the oldest file gets posted first. Copy the folder ID from the Drive URL. If this folder is on a Shared Drive, you must also add the service account's email as a member of that Shared Drive — sharing the folder alone is not enough for listing/moving files.
⚠ This folder must also be shared as "Anyone with the link can view." Posts are not downloaded to this server — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok fetch each file directly from its public Drive link, so the file itself (or the whole folder) needs to be link-shared, not just accessible to the service account.
Schedule Config
One time slot appears per post in "Daily Post Frequency" above. Leave a slot blank to use an evenly-spaced default.
